ProStation Systems provides servers, workstations and related IT services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for the highest quality and reliability — including burn-in testing every unit before it ships — we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation in every scenario.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or business interruption arising from third-party factors, misuse, or events beyond our reasonable control. Always maintain independent backups of critical data.

Warranty and support scope

Every ProStation server ships with a manufacturer warranty (1 to 3 years, as specified on your invoice) that covers hardware defects under normal operating conditions. It does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, unauthorised modification, incorrect power input, use outside rated environmental limits, or faults caused by third-party parts you supply. Making unauthorised internal changes during the warranty period may void coverage — please contact us before opening a sealed system.

Third-party hardware, software and operating systems

ProStation servers are assembled from server-grade components made by third parties (for example Intel, AMD, NVIDIA, Supermicro and various memory and storage vendors). Those components carry their own manufacturer warranties, firmware and end-user licence agreements, which apply in addition to ours. Operating systems and application software — whether Windows Server, Linux distributions, VMware ESXi, Proxmox or others — are governed by their respective licences, and it is the customer's responsibility to hold valid licences unless a licence is expressly included in your quotation.

Pricing, taxes and quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative and may change without notice due to component market fluctuations and currency movement. Formal quotations are valid only for the period stated on the quote and are subject to stock availability at the time of order. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of applicable GST and shipping, which are added at invoicing. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by us in writing against a purchase order.

Any performance figures, benchmark results or delivery timelines mentioned on this site are indicative only. Real-world performance depends on your specific configuration, workload, drivers, cooling and operating environment, and results may vary. Our four-working-day build target assumes component availability and a confirmed specification; complex or high-volume builds may take longer, and we will always confirm a realistic timeline before you order.

Our pre-buy consulting and any hardware recommendations are provided in good faith to help you choose the right configuration, but they are general guidance, not a substitute for your own due diligence.
