Build & dispatch
Most custom configurations are hand-built, 48-hour burn-in tested and dispatched within 4 working days of a confirmed order. We don't ship until your machine has passed our quality checks.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities — typically 1–3 days after dispatch.
- Other locations — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Packaging & insurance
Every unit is packed in anti-static, foam-padded packaging and insured against transit damage so it arrives exactly as it left our bench.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS and email so you always know where your server is.
