1. Acceptance of terms
By using ProStation Systems' services — including server purchases, custom builds, consulting and after-sales support — you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable Indian laws.
2. Acceptable use
- Our products and services must not be used for any illegal or unethical activity.
- You agree to comply with the Indian IT Act, 2000 (and amendments) and all other applicable laws.
- You are responsible for the data, software and workloads you run on hardware we supply.
3. Quotations & pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Pricing, specifications and availability may change without prior notice until an order is confirmed. Once a custom build is confirmed, we procure components and begin assembly as described in our refund & cancellation policy.
4. Warranty
Warranty cover applies to the hardware as delivered. Unauthorised modification, tampering, or physical and electrical damage may void it. Full coverage details are on our warranty page.
5. Delivery
Delivery timelines and packaging are described in our shipping & delivery policy. Timelines are estimates and may vary with location and logistics partners.
6. Liability
Our services are provided as described in our disclaimer. To the extent permitted by law, ProStation Systems is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or business interruption arising from third-party factors or misuse.
7. Changes to these terms
ProStation Systems reserves the right to update these terms. The latest version is always available on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
