ProStation Systems (“ProStation”, “we”, “us”) is an in-house brand by Serverwale that designs, builds and supports custom brand-new tower servers in India. We are the data controller for the information you share with us through this website and during the sales and support process.

2. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to serve you:

• Contact details — name, email, phone and company you provide in quote, consulting, contact and support forms.
• Requirement details — workload, configuration preferences, budget range and messages you share so we can recommend the right server.
• Job applications — name, contact details, resume and cover letter if you apply to a role.
• Technical data — basic, non-identifying analytics such as pages visited and approximate region, collected only if analytics is enabled and you consent.

3. How we use your information

• To prepare quotes and configuration recommendations.
• To deliver, install, support and service the products you order.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide warranty and after-sales support.
• To review job applications you submit to us.
• To improve our website and services.

4. What we never do

We never sell, rent or share your personal or business information with third parties for their own marketing. Your data stays with us and is used only to serve you.

5. Service providers we rely on

To run the website and communicate with you, we share limited data with the following processors. Each is used strictly for the purpose listed, processes data only on our instructions, and is contractually bound to keep it confidential:

• Cloudflare — content delivery, security and bot/spam protection for this website, including the Turnstile check on our forms.
• Resend — delivers the emails our forms trigger, such as quote confirmations and enquiry notifications to our team.
• Google Analytics — website usage analytics, loaded only after you consent (see Cookies & analytics below); denied by default.

We do not use any other third party to store or process your personal data. If that changes, we will update this page with the new provider's name and purpose.

6. Data security

All form submissions and transactions are protected with secure HTTPS encryption. Access to your data is restricted to authorised team members who need it to serve you, and our admin systems are protected behind authentication.

7. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide our services, meet warranty and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

8. Your rights

In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) framework, you can request to:

• access the personal data we hold about you,
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data,
• withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, subject to legal and warranty obligations.

9. Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies needed for the site to work. Any analytics is privacy-respecting and loaded only with your consent. We do not use intrusive advertising trackers.

10. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
